About Los Gatos Preschool and Childcare
Our Mission
Our curriculum is designed to help kids develop a strong foundation for learning. Visit a classroom and you will find a room filled with bright colorful artwork. Children might be dancing and playing instruments together during daily music and movement, or learning how to play cooperatively during imaginative play. They may be engrossed in daily science activities, or lessons about the weather or outer space.
You may find them in the middle of Circle Time learning about math, logic, science, phonics and art. They will be singing songs that help them learn the sounds of the letters in the alphabet or discussing basic mathematics concepts. Or, they may be outside navigating their cars around the riding track.
We approach the whole body and taken together, these activities are designed to promote your child’s cognitive, social, and physical development. Most importantly, the curriculum is designed to help children develop love for school and confidence in themselves which is the best preparation for a lifetime of learning.
